Coming into the course I was looking for a refresher as I have worked in sales for 30 years and I have done a lot of sales training. It is always good to refresh and refine my thinking \u2013 remembering how to listen, be transparent and ask the right type of questions. The content was very informative giving me a refresher in many areas but also opening me up to new ways of thinking and new approaches.<\/p>

The introductory call was very informative and helped me to understand what was expected. The access to support from the ESI team was very good and I knew they were there if I needed support. The introductory and catch-up sessions created a nice networking opportunity within the Innovation Exchange group taking part.<\/p>

I would recommend the microcredentials to experienced salespeople looking for a refresh but also to anyone who is interested in sales or is involved in sales as part of their role. The time commitment was very manageable, and the self-paced nature of the course allowed me to complete small amounts of content at a time in line with my own schedule and work commitments.
