The Uisce Éireann challenge is focused on building new channels of engagement with its customers. Uisce Éireann would like to know more about who their domestic customers are and understand how they perceive the service it provides. They have carried out two phases of research which has found that 80% of domestic customers are keen to avail of a notification service. Uisce Éireann is looking for innovative solutions from our members around notification services and the related considerations in terms of technical integration required, data security considerations and costs for implementing and operating this service.
