We are delighted to bring you two exciting challenges from Athlone Regional Sports Centre (ARSC), who will be presenting on August 19th from 2–3 pm.

Athlone Regional Sports Centre offers state-of-the-art fitness, aquatic, and all-weather sports facilities ideal for wellness, team building, and events. With a fully equipped gym, 25 m pool, floodlit astro turf pitch, and meeting spaces, it provides a dynamic environment for engagement and wellbeing.

The Challenge: Reporting and Tracking Maintenance Issues
ARSC is seeking to create a simple, accessible system for reporting and tracking maintenance or cleanliness issues. Any club member, staff, or public visitor should be able to submit reports—verbally or in writing—that are sent directly to the maintenance team with full details. The system should automatically acknowledge receipt, notify the reporter when the issue is resolved, and help staff manage and close all issues promptly.
