Gymnastics Ireland is the national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in Ireland. Gymnastics Ireland is affiliated to both FIG & UEG in addition to the Olympic Council of Ireland (OCI) and are recognised as such by Sport Ireland (SI).
Gymnastics Ireland would like to develop a new data control centre at the National Gymnastics Training Centre (NGTC) on the Sport Ireland campus. The challenge is to find a technology solution that will identify an athlete on entry to NGTC, track the athlete around the facility, import data from wearable technologies and synchronise with the tracking data, present customised reports on each athlete training session.
