Hanley Energy is the second-largest employer of electrician apprentices in Ireland, after ESB. The apprenticeship program spans seven phases over four years and includes both on-the-job training and classroom-based learning across multiple institutions. Currently, the progress of apprentices is tracked manually using Excel. The challenge is to identify a solution that automates the tracking process from onboarding through to qualification.
