We are excited to introduce the MentorsWork program, another valuable initiative brought to our members by Skillnet Ireland. This program serves as an invaluable resource for scaling businesses, offering industry-specific mentoring and upskilling opportunities.   

The session will be led by Rachael McFarlane, Programme Manager and Veronica Murphy, Head of Mentoring (who has matched over 2,200 SMEs with mentors on the programme) .

The MentorsWork award-winning programme is a fully-funded business-support programme designed to provide you with the skills and supports to help your business thrive by addressing the specific needs of your business. This is done through a series of 1:1 mentoring, upskilling workshops and masterclasses as well as a self-paced learning platform and can help your businesses with creative and innovative proposals, contacts to boost your business and pitching skills to make you stand out.

The programme has helped over 2,200 SMEs in all sectors right across the country and is open to owners and management teams of small and medium private sector enterprises across the Republic of Ireland.
