We are delighted to bring you our first challenge in the luxury travel sector. OROKO Travel is Ireland’s only luxury travel business that is Irish Owned & Operated.

The challenge OROKO Travel faces is that the business does not have an effective system to intuitively track the customer journey from quote to a clear CTA for customer across all stages of the customer journey. Additionally legacy systems are being used to manage internal communications around a booking creation with clunky task allocation, email communication with third parties (to get costs, understand availability etc.). All of this results in inefficient cross department communications along with a lack of clarity for customers.

OROKO Travel have defined the ideal outcome as follows, A system to allow  the business to service the customer touchpoints professionally -itinerary building, follow ups etc along with the creation of a staged process removing all possible manual stages -emails to suppliers, internal teams reminders etc.
