The Printed Image seeks an AI-powered integration layer to unify disparate IT systems and unlock the value of vast historical data on jobs, sales, and supply chains. Currently, siloed systems force staff into manual, repetitive workflows—such as manual estimating, invoice matching, and carbon footprint tracking—severely limiting efficiency and strategic insight.
The core challenge is to deploy an AI solution that overlays existing infrastructure to automate key processes without replacing current systems. Desired outcomes include: automated job estimating using historical trends; intelligent sales targeting based on client behavior; seamless purchase invoice processing; real-time Scope 1–3 emissions reporting; and an AI client bot for instant query resolution. By bridging data silos, The Printed Image aims to reduce administrative overhead, enhance profitability, and redirect staff talent toward high-value creative and strategic work.
