Vision Consulting is looking for a bespoke software solution that operates on both laptops and phones, enabling seamless collaboration between the Quantity Surveying (QS) and Finance teams. The system should feature prepopulated databases for subcontractors and live projects, with options to add new entries when required. QS users will be able to select subcontractors and sites, submit requests to Finance via an integrated workflow, and receive notifications for any follow-ups or clarifications. Finance will manage user access, data updates, and request completion. The software should include color-coded status indicators (Yellow, Orange, Red, Green) to show workflow progress, support data import and archiving, and provide reporting tools with Excel export and time-period filters.
